Free Range Chicken, lightly breaded, and topped with Vermont fresh mozzarella, Vermont sharp cheddar, and baked in a mildly seasoned tomato sauce. Topped with parmigian cheese and fresh garlic.
Served with baked ziti, garlic bread and a large green salad.
$15 per person 

Stuffed Shells
Large pasta shells stuffed with either organic spinach and ricotta or ground turkey and mozzarella. Baked in a tomato sauce with fresh herbs and garlic. Served with garlic bread and salad.
$12 per person

Autumn Feast
An assortment of some of our favorite late autumn dishes.

Vegetarian option is filled with roasted vegetables and winter pesto and sharp cheese, meat option filled with chicken, winter pesto, sharp cheese, and Vermont organic tomatoes

A warm salad, or side dish of roasted Vermont organic beets tossed with lemon, tahini, sunflower seeds, and feta.

-maple roasted winter squash
Local organic winter squash baked with maple syrup and our own house made butter

-Quinoa with toasted seeds-
Nutty and flavorful quinoa pilaf studded with dried cranberries, carrots, and topped with tamari toasted sunflower seeds.

Thai Luncheon
Fresh spring rolls
Filled with basil, ginger, mint, mango, and shredded carrots. Served with sweet chili sauce.

Spicy Thai noodles with snow peas, baby corn, and carrots.

Filled with local and organic vegetables, bok choy, lime, lemongrass, ginger, and coconut milk

Black rice cooked to perfection

Ginger braised chicken or tofu (optional)
Misty Knoll chicken browned and slowly cooked with ginger, galangal, soy, and honey.
Sliced, and served on the side as a meat option to be added.

Corn tortillas stuffed with either green chilies and cheese, or chicken, green chilies and cheese.
Served with red rice, black beans, and a large salad.
Includes traditional accompaniments like sour cream, avocado, and salsa.

An assortment of salads and sandwich toppings served with condiments and breads for guests to serve themselves.

whole wheat crusts filled with organic vegetables, a light gravy, and free range chicken or cubed tofu.
