Misty Knoll free-range chicken, gently seasoned with Maine sea salt, organic pepper, organic lemon, and local organic honey. Backbone removed, and roasted on top of local Vermont apples.

Braised Chicken Thighs and Sweet Potatoes
Sage, cinnamon, and lemon, combine to create a delightful seasoning for our misty knoll free range chicken thighs.

Organic ground lamb topped with organic corn and garlic mashed potatoes. Baked to a golden perfection and served with a large green salad, crusty French bread and kismet house made butter.

Your choice of organic Arkansas brown rice, organic quinoa, or forbidden (black) rice. Served with a side of tamari roasted sunflower seeds and your choice of dressing.

French Onion Soup Kit*
Excellent for a snowy day emergency! Large servings of our onion soup (made with beef or vegetarian broth), and a separate parcel of French bread slices topped with raw milk cheese. Simply heat the soup, pour into a bowl, top with the bread slices, and put under the broiler for a few minutes.
